中国产业海外发展协会福建分会于2013年5月11日在厦门成立（2014年4月福建省海外发展协会相应成立），是中国产业海外发展协会在福建的分支机构。其性质是接受中国产业海外发展协会管理、监督的公益性社团组织，其主要服务对象为以福建省为主体，以及覆盖闽、粤、赣13市的政府部门、国有企业、外资企业以及民营企业。
