近日，圣多美和普林西比驻华大使费利西亚诺·邦芬·达·马塔先生正式确认出席我会主办的第十五届中国对外投资合作洽谈会（简称“外洽会”），期待通过这一平台深化中圣普经贸合作，共享发展机遇。
圣多美和普林西比地处非洲中西部几内亚湾，是由圣多美和普林西比等岛屿构成的赤道岛国，素有 “世界中心” 的美誉。该国自然禀赋得天独厚，以可可等经济作物种植见长，高品质可可享誉国际市场；专属经济区内渔业资源充裕，近海石油开发潜力可观，旅游业发展前景向好。近年来，圣普政府着力优化投资环境，重点推进农业、渔业、旅游、能源及基础设施领域建设，吸引外资参与本国发展建设，投资合作前景广阔。

Mr. Feliciano Bonfim da Mata, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe to China, has confirmed his attendance at the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIFAIR), looking forward to deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and São Tomé and Príncipe and sharing development opportunities through this platform.
São Tomé and Príncipe boasts distinctive natural endowments. It is renowned for its high-grade cocoa traded globally, with abundant fishery resources within its exclusive economic zone and great potential in offshore oil exploitation and tourism.In recent years, its government has improved the investment climate, prioritizing agriculture, fisheries, tourism, energy and infrastructure to attract foreign investment, offering bright prospects for cooperation.
