近日，塞拉利昂驻华大使阿布·巴卡尔·卡里姆先生正式确认出席我会主办的第十五届中国对外投资合作洽谈会（简称"外洽会"），期待通过这一平台深化中塞经贸合作，共享发展机遇。
塞拉利昂位于非洲西部，西濒大西洋，首都弗里敦拥有天然深水良港，是西非重要门户。该国矿藏资源丰富，铁矿石、钻石、黄金、铝矾土、金红石等储量可观，沿海渔业资源富饶，盛产可可、咖啡等优质农产品。近年来，塞拉利昂政府将农业发展、基础设施建设、人力资源开发和青年就业等作为施政重点，积极吸引外资参与国家重建与经济发展，在矿业、农业、基础设施、能源等领域投资前景广阔。
中海协将通过外洽会等平台，携手会员企业深化中塞投资与经贸合作，为两国共同繁荣发展注入新动力。（业务四部供稿）

Mr. Abu Bakarr Karim, Ambassador of the Republic of Sierra Leone to China, has confirmed his attendance at the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIFAIR), which is scheduled to take place on  November 3, 2026, at Beijing International Hotel Convention Center.He looks forward to deepening China-Sierra Leone economic and trade cooperation and sharing development opportunities through this platform.
Blessed with abundant mineral, fishery and agricultural resources,Sierra Leone boasts ample offshore fishery resources and premium cocoa and coffee. The country  prioritizes agriculture, infrastructure and human resources to attract foreign investment for national reconstruction, with promising cooperation prospects across mining, agriculture, infrastructure and energy.
Through the COIFAIR platform, the CODA will collaborate with member enterprises to advance bilateral investment and trade, generating fresh impetus for mutual prosperity.(Contributed by Business Department 4)
