近日，利比亚驻华大使馆代办阿布巴克尔·本萨乌德先生正式确认出席我会主办的第十五届中国对外投资合作洽谈会（简称"外洽会"），期待通过这一平台深化中利经贸合作，共享发展机遇。
利比亚位于非洲北部，北濒地中海，是非洲重要的能源生产国。该国石油和天然气资源极为丰富，探明储量分别为484亿桶和1.54万亿立方米，石油产业是国民经济支柱，其他有铁（蕴藏量20－30亿吨）、钾、锰等，石化、建材、电力等工业基础良好。当前，利比亚正加快推进国家重建与发展，在能源、石化、基础设施重建、农业等领域投资合作需求旺盛，发展潜力巨大。
中海协将通过外洽会等平台，携手会员企业深化中国--利比亚投资与经贸合作，为实现两国互利共惠发展探寻新机会。（业务四部供稿） H. E. Libya is a key African energy producer endowed with abundant oil and gas reserves. Its petroleum sector underpins the national economy, backed by sound petrochemical, building-material and power industries.  Libya holds great appetite for foreign investment across energy, petrochemicals, infrastructure rehabilitation and agriculture, offering promising prospects for bilateral cooperation.
Through the COIFAIR platform, the CODA will collaborate with member enterprises to advance China-Libya investment and trade cooperation ties, exploring new opportunities to advance mutually beneficial bilateral development. (Contributed by Business Department 4)
